ABOUT PRATAP ENGINEERS

Pratap Engineers, found its inception way back in 2006, when the factory at the present location came into existence. Truly speaking the idea was conceived way back in sixties when it’s founder Mr. Ibrahim Rana, a highly visionary and adept techno manager, could feel a need of trustworthy manufacturer of Deep Drawn and Press Parts in Baroda region. There was a vacuum and he enjoyed the monopolistic situation in Designing and Developing Press Tooling and Tooling for Deep Drawing Parts.

Today, Pratap Engineers is known for it’s unmatched ability to respond to any needs for Precision Press and Deep Drawn Parts together with Parts made from Tubes requiring complicated shapes and involving operations such as Bending with perfect roundness at corners, Swaging and Ring Formations at any length within the tube, cutting and slotting.

At the backup, we have 35 Years of experience in Sheet Metal Tool Design and development for thousands of components for many renowned industries like Larsen & Toubro Ltd., Bombardier Transportation India Ltd., Standard Radiators Ltd., Bell Ceramics Ltd., Koch Glistch India Ltd., & many others.

INSPECTION

We have all the necessary measuring instruments to measure dimensions to the required accuracies and a high level of inspection confidence has been developed on the customers side. We carry out both in-process and final inspection. We regularly maintain the measuring Instruments and also get them calibrated at regular intervals

Mild Steel Sheets (0.1 mm to 10.0 mm), Stainless Steel Sheets (S.S. 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 321 from 0.3 mm to 8.0 mm), Brass Sheets, Copper Sheets (45 SWG), Monel Metal and so on.
